Chilled Atmosphere and Great Service
chilled atmosphere helpful staff dinner choice quality offer
Whilst it is not the biggest place I have stayed, I really enjoyed the chilled atmosphere. I found every member of staff to be professional and helpful. I was booked for bed and breakfast but enjoyed the food a lot. I ended up having dinner there four nights out of seven. The choice and quality on offer was good.
There is a lack of storage space in the room, though I was provided with more than adequate hangers.

The hotel is located in a peaceful area. It's just a short walk from the oceanfront. I found plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby. A large supermarket is about 200 meters away, offering convenience.

The staff were kind. They were helpful and focused on service. I appreciated the organized parking, which cost eight euros per day, though the price seems a little bit high!

The rooftop bar has amazing views, and there are expertly crafted drinks available. I enjoyed the chilled out vibe with lovely background music. The pool area is quiet, offering relaxation.

The room was comfortable, complete with a large ensuite and a fridge. I also had a balcony. The housemaid was in the room daily, everything was super clean. She changed the linen and towels.

superb location with amazing views
convenient location amazing view great atmosphere proximity restaurants
i found the location very convenient (near bus stops). the view from the 11th floor was amazing. the rooftop bar provided a great atmosphere. i particularly enjoyed the proximity to restaurants.
i noticed limited diversity in the hotel guests, primarily older caucasian couples were present. this observation did not significantly impact my stay, yet it is something i noted.

the staff provided very accommodating service. the team's cute nature. i found them to be friendly and helpful . they ensured my comfort at all times.

the hotel is conveniently situated near bus stops. several restaurants are nearby (easy to reach). it is a pleasant 40-minute walk to funchal. a large supermarket is just down the hill from the hotel.

uncomfortable sunbeds fixed umbrellas
the breakfast was good with many choices available.
i found the pool area sterile , not very inviting. the sunbeds were also the most uncomfortable i have ever used , and the umbrellas were fixed in place.

my room had nice SEa views. i saw many bars and restaurants near. the bus stop was very close and convenient. the staff provided excellent service.
the pool area lacks atmosphere and is sterile. the sun beds are very uncomfortable. the pool is not HEated making it unpleasant.
